Art Inlay Stone Art specializes in bespoke marble art inlay fabrication.

Due to the customized nature of our products:

  • All orders are made-to-order
  • Design confirmation is required before production
  • Modifications after approval may result in additional costs
  • Production timelines depend on project scale and complexity

Estimated production timelines are provided in writing.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon per project contract. Typically:

  • Advance deposit required before production
  • Balance payment required before shipment

Failure to complete payment may result in delayed shipment or suspension of production.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We provide international packaging and shipping coordination.

  • Delivery timelines depend on production completion and logistics providers
  • Risk transfers according to agreed Incoterms (if specified in contract)
  • Customs clearance responsibilities are defined in the sales agreement

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or force majeure events.

8. Inspection & Claims

Clients must inspect goods upon delivery.

Any visible damage or discrepancy must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt.

Claims submitted beyond this period may not be accepted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages
  • Liability is limited to the value of the contracted project

Natural variations in marble color, veining and texture are inherent characteristics of natural stone and do not constitute defects.
