Art Inlay Stone Art (“Art Inlay”, “we”, “us”) is a bespoke marble-inlay manufacturer based in Jiangmen, Guangdong, China. This policy explains what personal data we collect through artinlay.com, why we collect it, how it is protected, and the choices you have.

What we collect
- Commission enquiries. When you use the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, company or studio, the project details you write and any drawing or file you attach. These are stored as an enquiry in our WordPress admin and emailed to our team.
- Technical data. Our server and CDN record your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and the referring page, for security and to keep the site working.
- Cookies and similar technologies. Described in our Cookie Policy.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a material study, cut plan and itemised quotation, and to manage your commission.
- To keep the site secure and prevent spam, including the Cloudflare Turnstile check on our forms.
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it (analytics) and, where you consent, to measure our advertising.
Legal bases
Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, we rely on: consent (non-essential cookies and advertising measurement); contract or steps taken at your request (preparing and fulfilling a commission); and legitimate interests (answering business enquiries, securing the site and improving it).
Cookies, analytics and advertising
Essential cookies are needed for the site to work and to secure our forms and are set without consent. With your consent we use analytics and advertising measurement:
- Google Analytics 4, aggregated statistics on how the site is used.
- Meta Pixel, measures the performance of our advertising on Meta platforms.
- Server-side tagging (Stape.io), analytics and advertising signals may be processed through a server-side container hosted by Stape.io, so data is sent from our server rather than only from your browser.

Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and handle enquiries, under contract:
- Cloudflare, CDN, security and the Cloudflare Turnstile spam check.
- Our email provider (FluentSMTP), to deliver enquiry notifications and replies.
- Stape.io, server-side tagging container for analytics and advertising.
- Google and Meta, analytics and advertising measurement, where enabled.
- Our hosting provider, which stores the website and its database.
Some providers process data outside your country, including in the United States and China. Where required, such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and their attachments are kept in our admin for as long as needed to handle your project and for our business records; you can ask us to delete them. Server and analytics data are kept for the retention period set by each provider. Comments, if enabled, and their metadata are kept until removed.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, to withdraw consent and to data portability. California residents have the right to know, delete and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, we do not sell personal information. To exercise any right, email [email protected]. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Security
We use HTTPS, a CDN and firewall, spam protection on our forms and access controls on the WordPress admin. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
Children
Our site is a business-to-business service and is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy; the “last updated” date will change. Material changes will be noted on this page.
