Drawn one to one, before any stone is cut.
Every commission begins as a cartoon at full size on the atelier floor. The drawing is where proportions are settled, veins are chosen, and the client’s architect signs off — not on a rendering, but on the thing itself, at the scale it will be walked on.
The drawing is also where the practical questions are answered: how the floor meets the walls and the stair, where movement joints fall on the pattern lines, and how the thickness works over the substrate and any underfloor heating. Nothing that matters is left to the site to improvise.
Cut to hairline precision.
Approved cartoons drive multi-axis waterjets calibrated to sub-millimeter tolerances. Every stone element is numbered against the architectural plan and checked against its adjacent pieces before leaving the cutting bed.
Marbles, semi-precious hardstones and brass are cut from the same files, so a medallion, its border and the field all come off one drawing. Offcuts are catalogued by the drawing, so a later repair can be matched to the original stone.
Closed by hand, until the joint reads as a line.
CNC machinery achieves mechanical precision; the final perfection requires artisan eye and touch. At the bench, our stonemasons hand-ease every contour until seams disappear into the natural movement of the stone. The complete composition is then fully dry-assembled on our atelier floor.
The pre-shipment dry assembly is our guarantee: the entire floor is laid out, verified against the CAD cut plan, and documented in high resolution for client sign-off prior to crating. Resolving every alignment in our workshop ensures your on-site installation proceeds with absolute certainty.

Yes — clients, architects and interior designers are warmly welcomed by appointment. For overseas commissions, we also provide live, high-definition video walkthroughs of the atelier floor and slab dry-assemblies.
Yes. Drafting, waterjet cutting, hand-fitting, and full dry-assembly are conducted under one roof in Jiangmen. With zero subcontracting, there is no dilution of quality between the architectural drawing and the finished stone.
