Commissioning a project

We fabricate bespoke marble inlay floors, waterjet medallions and Florentine pietre dure for private villas, royal palaces, five-star hotels and superyachts. Most commissions involve full-room arrival floors, rotunda medallions, continuous corridor borders, helical staircase treads and slip-resistant wet rooms.

Yes, custom work is all we do. Every floor is engineered to order from your architect's DWG files, PDF plans, hand sketches or reference photographs. Nothing is pulled from a stock catalogue; we draw the setting-out plan specifically for your room dimensions and slab selection.

Ideally, send a dimensioned floor plan (DWG, DXF or PDF), your pattern concept or reference image, any preferred marble palette, and the project city or delivery port. If you only have rough room measurements and an initial idea, our drafting team can develop the full CAD design with you.

Pricing depends on four practical factors: the stone tier selected (standard architectural marbles versus Italian Statuario or semi-precious gemstones), pattern density and piece count per square metre, total floor area, and destination crating and freight. Every quotation is itemised—showing stone, cutting, hand-finishing and export crating separately—so you can manage your budget transparently.

Yes. Most of our commissions come through architectural studios, hospitality designers and main contractors. We operate as your technical stone partner: preparing 1:1 CAD shop drawings, scheduling movement joints and surface finishes by zone, and supplying high-resolution slab studies for client sign-off.

We ship worldwide from our atelier in Jiangmen, Guangdong—either CIF to your nearest container port or DAP directly to your project site. Our floors are installed across the Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar), Europe, the United Kingdom, North America, Asia and Africa.

We have no strict minimum order: a single 1.5-metre foyer medallion or a bespoke powder-room floor is a regular commission. Because CAD programming and waterjet calibration are amortised across the area, larger floors naturally achieve a lower rate per square metre.

For projects within Guangdong and the Pearl River Delta, our engineers measure on site. For international commissions, we work from your contractor's verified site survey or laser scan and provide a 1:1 CAD setting-out plan with adjustable perimeter margin tolerances to absorb minor site variations.

Design, materials and engineering

We stock and source architectural marbles from Italy, Spain, Greece, Turkey and China—including Statuario, Calacatta Gold, Bianco Carrara, Thassos, Crema Marfil, Nero Marquina, Verde Alpi and Rojo Alicante—alongside semi-precious gemstones (lapis lazuli, malachite, amethyst, agate, mother-of-pearl) and solid architectural brass or stainless-steel profiles.

We cut natural stone and metal directly from approved CAD toolpaths on multi-axis CNC waterjets calibrated to ±0.1mm, then hand-fit and lap the segments on our workshop benches. Seams are bonded with colour-matched structural epoxy resin so joints close to a flush, grout-free hairline.

Yes. From straight-on photographs, rubbings and reference measurements, our draughtsmen reconstruct historical European, Islamic or Art Deco geometry at 1:1 scale in CAD and match the original quarry stones before cutting.

We supply 18mm solid structural stone as our residential standard and 20mm solid stone for commercial hotel lobbies and heavy-traffic halls. Where weight is restricted—such as passenger elevators, upper-floor refurbishments, superyachts or private aircraft—we bond thin stone inlay to aerospace-grade aluminium honeycomb panels.

Yes. We engineer thermal expansion joints along the natural border lines of the pattern, size individual panels to manage thermal stress, and specify flexible S1/S2 adhesives with decoupling membranes over heated or chilled screeds.

We offer mirror-polished, honed, brushed and leathered finishes. Many hospitality and residential arrival floors combine a high-gloss polished central medallion with honed (R10 slip-rated) perimeter walking lanes.

Yes. For bathrooms, steam rooms and spas, we select dense, iron-free marbles that will not oxidise in humidity, hone or leather the walking surface to an R10 wet slip rating, seal every joint with waterproof epoxy resin, and cut drainage falls along the geometry of the inlay.

Production and approval

Fabrication typically takes 6 to 10 weeks from sign-off on the CAD shop drawings and slab selection study, depending on total square metreage and pattern intricacy. Monumental palace packages or extensive hand-carved pietre dure may require 10 to 14 weeks; every quotation confirms a firm production schedule prior to deposit.

Every commission is dry-assembled in full on our workshop floor and photographed in high resolution—both overhead and at joint level. We also welcome client representatives for in-person inspection or conduct live video walkthroughs. No crate is sealed until you sign off on the assembled floor.

Yes. We can courier physical marble and brass swatches, or fabricate a full-scale sample section of the most intricate part of your medallion so your client and design team can review stone colour, vein matching and joint precision in hand.

Packing, shipping and installation

Every panel is breathable-sealed on all six faces, stamped with an alphanumeric code keyed to a laminated CAD setting plan, separated by high-density foam, and packed into ISPM-15 certified fumigated timber crates with internal shock bracing.

All shipments are covered by marine transit insurance, and we retain a reserve of the original quarry blocks from your commission. If a piece is ever damaged in transit, photograph it inside the crate and we will rapidly re-cut an exact matching replacement from the reserved slab.

Every shipment includes a numbered CAD installation roadmap, adhesive and epoxy specifications, and remote technical support for your local stone contractor. For flagship palace, hotel and estate projects, our senior technicians can travel to supervise installation on site.

Because joints are epoxy-bonded and lapped flush without recessed cement grout, daily maintenance requires only dust-mopping and damp cleaning with a pH-neutral stone cleaner (never acidic, vinegar or bleach products), paired with periodic breathable penetrating sealer application every 12 to 24 months.
