Delivered for a Foshan villa: cartouche inlays centred in each bay of a columned entrance hall, tied by a running border that meets the curved stair without a cut. Crema Marfil, Verde Alpi, Emperador, cut on the waterjet to ±0.1mm and dry-assembled in the Jiangmen atelier before crating.

Private Villa, Foshan in detail
This Foshan villa has a columned entrance hall divided into bays, each centred with a cartouche inlay and tied together by a single running border. The difficulty was where that border meets the curved stair — it had to run into the curve without a cut.
We set each cartouche on its bay centre, cut the border in Crema Marfil, Verde Alpi and Emperador to ±0.1mm, and shaped the return so the band follows the stair radius as one continuous line. The composition was dry-assembled before crating.
Installed, the entrance hall reads as a single ordered composition, the border carrying the eye from the door to the foot of the stair.
The curved return was drawn as a single arc and cut on the waterjet, so the band follows the stair radius without a joint. The cartouches were centred on their bays and checked against the columns before the field was cut.

The pattern is drawn 1:1 on the atelier floor before any stone is cut, so proportions are settled at the scale you will walk on.
Stone selection
Blocks and slabs are chosen against the drawing, vein by vein, and photographed for your approval.
Waterjet cutting
Multi-axis waterjet cuts every piece direct from the approved CAD file, held to ±0.1mm across the whole figure.
Dry assembly & crating
The composition is assembled, inspected and numbered on the factory floor, then crated with a setting plan.
